The Waste Masters delivers 20 and 30 yard roll-off dumpsters across Miami Beach, from South Beach to North Beach, including street placements with the right-of-way permit handled. Unit renovations, hotel refreshes and Art Deco restorations are what fill them here. Serving the Beach since 1993, licensed (#15207) and insured.

We run two roll-off sizes, and we will tell you honestly which one your job needs.
22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 4.5 ft tall
About six pickup truck loads
Kitchen or bathroom gut, a single-layer roof tear-off up to about 2,000 square feet, a medium estate cleanout, or a garage and shed cleared out in one go. Low enough walls to load over the side, and a swing door for walking heavy items in.
20 Yard details22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 6 ft tall
About nine pickup truck loads
Whole-house cleanouts, a renovation producing debris for weeks, a commercial build-out, or a big landscaping overhaul. The extra two feet of wall height swallows sofas, cabinets, and fencing without careful stacking.
30 Yard detailsNot sure which one? Tell us what you are tossing and we will size it for you. It costs us nothing to put you in the smaller box.
Miami-Dade charges disposal by the ton, so heavy material is priced by weight rather than by how full the container looks. Concrete, dirt, tile, and roofing hit legal truck limits long before the box is full. Tell us what you are throwing out before we deliver and we will size it honestly, which sometimes means splitting a heavy load rather than overfilling one container.
Read: what a dumpster can legally hold in MiamiStandard rental is seven days with free early pickup if you finish sooner, and extensions in seven-day blocks if the project runs long. For roofers and contractors working Miami Beach on a schedule, we run same-day swap-outs so a full container never stops a crew.
On your own driveway or private property, no permit is needed. Placing a container in the street or public right-of-way does require one, and the rules and fees differ between municipalities across Miami-Dade and Broward. Condo and HOA buildings usually want a certificate of insurance on file before delivery, which we can send the same day you ask.
Read: do you need a dumpster permit in Miami? On the Beach the container question is always where it can legally sit. Most buildings have no driveway, so a roll-off goes in the street or a loading zone, and that means a City of Miami Beach right-of-way permit plus a delivery window that does not tie up Collins or Washington at the wrong hour. We handle the permit and pick the placement, usually a 20 yard, because it takes one parking length instead of two. For a full hotel floor or a gut renovation we bring the 30 yard and swap it. When a container is not workable at all, and in a lot of Art Deco buildings it is not, our crews book the service elevator and carry everything down instead.
We also serve Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, and Indian Creek.
Yes, with a city right-of-way permit, and we handle that as part of the booking. We will also tell you which size fits the space you have, since a 20 yard takes about one parking length and a 30 yard takes closer to two.
Then we do it by hand. We book the service elevator with management, send the certificate of insurance most associations require, and carry everything down from the unit ourselves. You do not need to move anything to the loading dock.
