These terms govern your use of thewastemasters.com (the "Site") and the junk removal, dumpster rental, and related services (the "Services") provided by The Waste Masters Environmental Mgt., Inc. doing business as The Waste Masters ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Site or requesting Services, you agree to these terms.
We provide junk removal, dumpster rental, construction debris hauling, and related waste management services in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and portions of Monroe County, Florida. Service availability varies by location and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
All estimates provided through our website, by phone, or by text are non-binding approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined on-site based on actual volume, weight, access conditions, and material type. We will confirm the final price before beginning any work. You are not obligated to proceed after receiving an on-site quote.
Pricing information on our website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer. Actual costs may be higher or lower depending on the specifics of your job.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts and property management contracts, net payment terms may be arranged separately.
You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge by notifying us at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Late cancellations or no-shows for confirmed appointments may be subject to a trip fee.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the items or areas requiring service. You are responsible for identifying and disclosing any property conditions that could affect the safety of our crew (unstable structures, pest infestations, hazardous materials). We take reasonable care to avoid property damage during service. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for damage to items being removed or to pre-existing property conditions not disclosed before service.
We do not handle hazardous waste, including but not limited to: chemicals, solvents, paint (liquid), pesticides, biological waste, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, or radioactive materials. If hazardous materials are discovered during service, we will stop work and you will be responsible for proper disposal through Miami-Dade County's Household Hazardous Waste program or a licensed hazardous waste handler.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, The Waste Masters' total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Waste Masters, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your failure to disclose hazardous materials or unsafe conditions, or (c) your misrepresentation of the items or scope of work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
The Waste Masters operates under Florida license #15207. We are fully insured for general liability. Proof of insurance is available upon request for commercial clients and property managers.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
